About Us

CPAP Central opened in 2012 by healthcare professionals who had 1 goal in mind. This goal was to raise awareness and treatment options for those suffering from sleep disorders in Hamilton and Stoney Creek. Our team is made of experienced healthcare professional to service our clients and respond to the demands of healthcare in the community. With dedicated healthcare professionals and state of the art equipment and technology we are committed to bringing the best care and education to our clients and family.

We work with our clients, address their concerns, educate them and conduct mask fits to make sure clients adhere to therapy. Our goal is to achieve 100% compliance with therapy over the next 5 years. We constantly bring in new technology, devices, masks and programs to help with therapy so our clients can start seeing a difference in their quality of life.

When you are new to therapy, we understand you have many questions and do not know where to begin. That is why at CPAP Central we take our time during your initial appointment to go over the various masks and devices. Your therapy journey will start with a trial phase for the most part; this is where you will be able to determine the right mask and the appropriate settings to help you sleep better. Throughout this trial phase we will follow up with you on a timely manner and answer all your questions. At the end of the trial phase you will be well on your way to having a better sleep.

OUR SUPPLIERS

Our Story

CPAP Central started with a simple frustration: too many Ontarians were being handed a CPAP machine online or over the phone, with no one to size the mask, tune the pressure, or answer the questions that come at 2 a.m. three weeks in. So we built the opposite, a clinic model you can drive to.

Today we operate four Ontario storefronts, all open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with fittings by appointment. We’ve grown by doing the un-scalable thing well: sitting down with each person, matching them to the right therapy, and staying reachable for the resupply, adjustments, and troubleshooting that make treatment stick. Whether you were just diagnosed, you’re replacing an aging machine, or you’re switching masks for the fifth time, there’s a real clinic near you with people who do this every day.

Why Choose CPAP Central

Registered Ontario ADP vendor. We bill the ~75% directly. CPAP Central is an authorized vendor under Ontario’s Assistive Devices Program. For eligible customers, ADP covers roughly 75% of the cost of a qualifying CPAP machine, and we handle the paperwork and bill that funding directly, so you pay your share, not the full sticker up front. Bring your ADP authorization and we’ll walk you through the rest.

In-person fittings you can’t get by mail. Every machine and mask is fitted at the clinic. You try the mask on, we check the seal, we set it up to your prescription, and we show you how to live with it: cleaning, humidification, travel, resupply. That’s the difference a local CPAP clinic makes.

Coverage support beyond ADP. Beyond ADP, we provide the documentation you need to submit private or extended-health insurance claims. If you have extended health benefits, ask us and we’ll help you understand what applies to your situation.

Real supplier partnerships, real selection. We stock and fit machines, masks, and supplies from the major CPAP manufacturers, so your fitting is driven by what fits you, not by whatever a single-brand outlet happens to carry.

Experienced CPAP specialists. Our fitting team works with sleep therapy equipment all day, every day, across four locations. They handle the sizing, the setup, and the follow-up so you’re not troubleshooting alone.

Our Process

1. Get in touch. Call your local clinic or book online. Already have a diagnosis and prescription? Great. Not sure where to start? We’ll point you to the right first step, whether that’s a home or in-clinic sleep test.

2. Come in for a fitting. At your appointment, we match you to the right machine and mask, size it properly, and set the pressure to your prescription. You try it on before you commit.

3. Sort out coverage. If you’re ADP-eligible, we bill the ~75% funding directly and confirm your out-of-pocket portion up front. We’ll also give you the paperwork to submit for private insurance where it applies.

4. Go home set up. You leave knowing how to use, clean, and travel with your equipment, not just holding a box.

5. Stay supported. Masks wear out and needs change. We handle resupply, adjustments, and troubleshooting from any of our four locations, so you’re never on your own with your therapy.

Beyond billing ADP directly, we provide the documentation you need to submit private or extended-health insurance claims. Ask your local clinic and we’ll confirm what applies to you.
