Ontario Assistive Devices Program

Funding, handled in store

We are a registered ADP vendor. For eligible patients the program covers roughly 75% of an approved machine, and we bill it directly, so you pay your portion at the counter rather than the full price up front.

Bring your prescription to the Stouffville store and we will check your eligibility and complete the paperwork with you. It costs nothing to ask.

Stouffville questions

Before you come in

Do I need a prescription to buy a CPAP machine?

Yes. A valid prescription is required in Ontario. Bring it to the Stouffville store and we will match a machine to your prescribed settings and handle the ADP paperwork with you.

Can you bill ADP directly at this store?

Yes. We are a registered Ontario ADP vendor, so for eligible patients we submit the claim and you pay only your portion at the counter.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Walk in Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for supplies and questions. For mask fittings and machine setups we recommend booking ahead so a specialist can give you their full attention.

Can someone come to my home?

Yes. Home visits are available from the Stouffville store for fittings, machine setups and troubleshooting, which helps if travelling to us is difficult. Call the store to arrange one.

Can you supply parts for a machine I bought elsewhere?

Yes. We stock replacement cushions, filters, tubing and headgear for the major brands regardless of where the machine came from. See our guide to finding CPAP supplies near you.

How far is the store from Markham or Newmarket?

Typically fifteen to twenty five minutes depending on traffic, and we are minutes from the Stouffville GO station on the Stouffville line.

Come in and get fitted properly
